How many calories do you try to burn?

during a single cardio workout?
I have a HRM and always try to get 350-500 or more depending on what cardio I am doing. Today I was under 300 but I think my body was telling me it needs a break so I really did a light workout.

All of them, but, fatigue makes failures of us all. I wish i could sacrifice myself by spontaneous combustion from burning all my kcals at once. Now add me0

Usually around 400 or a more...My calorie "goal" is 1200, and I like to eat closer to 1600 on most days, so that helps it to even out.0

I usually shoot for about 400-500 in a 30 minute session.0

I don't aim for a calorie goal, I aim for time, distance or weight lifted.0

I try to burn around 800, and I need that twice daily for 1600 calories burned to offset my high calorie intake.
My actual "exercise" is really more play than work, so it's not like killing myself on the treadmill or something.
Exercise to me is like a kid out playing.
I have to make myself stop.
As for the calorie burn, I need it or I'd bloat up like a balloon.0 -
My goal is 600 to 1500 calories. I don't like going burning only 500 calories.0

My goal is at least 350. I would like to up my goal though, and now my new goal is to up my goal.0

Hello. I am new to MFP and regular exercise. The first goal was to exercise regularly, that that is 30 min daily with at least 200 calories...Now my goal at least 400 calories and a minimum of 40 mins. My goals will change each week or depending on how I am progressing!0

Depends on what kind of exercise & whatnot, but at LEAST 350. If I'm running though, 500 is ideal.0
