Goal Weight (10 Weeks): 165
So the 10 week goal is 18lbs. I believe I can do it
Me August 2012...Same weight as now maybe 1 or 2lbs lighter (LEFT in BLUE)
And another August 2012 one. Warrior Dash Training for that again this year as well! (Right one)
