I have just been diagnosed with mild arthritis in my ankle and I was just wondering if anyone has this and has continued to jog outside?
Or is the treadmill better?
Or am I done with running?
I will be very sad if I am...
Thanks for any and all input!

Yes I got it in my feet, and I am still running ... my doctor and I decided that the trade-off of aggrevating it, and the benefit of running leaned towards contined running with it, so that is what I am doing  :drinker:

I know this is a pretty old thread but wondered if you tried to keep running. I bruised the end of my tibia while running and mostly stuck to walking and cycling. It felt like I sprained both ankles. Even walking aggravates mine. The orthopedic surgeon i saw doctor did offer me an injection of some sort as a temporary fix but I chose to wait until it got worse.
