Exercise Improves Mobility

Though Joint pain cannot be cured by exercises but can be controlled up to large extend by doing some physical exercises regularly. Exercises will enhance the stretching, makes your body movable and active, this will also help in reducing the body weight. Low impact exercises like aerobics, swimming will be an added advantage to it.

I find that yoga, in particular just a few standing poses each morning, helps me tremendously. In particular the sun salutation!
I have switched my dvd "class" time from morning to night. I walk at lunch. but I still need the 10 minute yoga morning session to just get my body synced and going...0
