Body weight exercises?

Could anyone recommend some? I'm not very interested in being super-strong or lifting heavy (or lifting of any kind), but I find body weight exercises to be almost fun. The only problem - I don't know a whole lot of them.

Google " you are your own gym" it's a book/app that gives you a programme of exercises using your own body weight.0

Check out Mark Lauren's "You Are Your Own Gym" I've been using it for about 3 months now. The results are great. There's a book, but there's also an app which I find more helpful.0

If you are on Pinterest there is a fitness section that has some ideas. Also maybe sign up for Women's Health Magazine emails, they will send you a lot. There is also a MFP member who has some on You Tube - http://www.youtube.com/user/JaymeBales83

All of the workouts are scalable... reduce reps, reduce time, do banded pull ups, jumping pull ups, ring rows, pushups, etc.0 -

He gives 2 starter workouts to use to work up to that one too. I'm using his pull up workout right now to work up to being able to do a full pull up and love his explanations and alternate exercises.0
