Hi all I'm ready to kick weight losses *kitten*!!! Newbie :)

Hi I have had this app for a while and dabbled in weeks here and there but started properly on 28th December as i didn't want to make weight loss my new year resolution. (Seems to be a repeat resolution every year)
I seem to be doing OK but I'm looking for tips, snacks, sweets, recipes i could try so that I don't get to bored on my weight loss journey.
My motto is "little pickers wear big knickers"

  • Haha! Great motto!! I'm all about the info-share. Knowledge is power. And yeah, the same old gets boring which leads to falling off the wagon (for me anyways). Feel free to add me =)
  • New to this on the computer, have just realised there is a whole board about recipes so will have a look through them :) I'm hoping low in calories doesn't have to mean low in taste.
  • boredom is my biggest obstacle!
  • @resamarieh- Me to it's more so on an evening whilst watching t.v, this is my "pickytime" when i want to sit and nibble, been trying sugar free mint or fruit bubblegum for taste. Also finding while I'm in the office green tea or fruit tea has been helping me curve the hungry pangs until lunchtime or hometime.
