Call me out!

Hi MFPers!! :) I don't want to be that cliche of trying to "diet" for the New Year. I'm trying to find a healthy balance. I find MFP so helpful...when I log daily. The first slip, and I start to back slide. I'm looking for some motivating supporters that will help me get back on track when a miss a day. And to make peace with the fact that it's "okay" to have an occasional off day and it doesn't *RUIN* all the progress and become a license to start eating whatever I want. So when it says "Fit4change hasn't logged in in 3 days..." That usually means I have my head in the bag of chips and am up to no good... ;-) PLEASE, call me on it!!!

    I am with you on back sliding... I eat well most of the week and have an occasional slip which causes me to not log for several days as I backslide... I need to get past a slip here and there as well and not beat myself up over it!!!! Friend me and we can help keep each other straight!!
