As of right now it's 4000 cals, 400 carbs, 250g of protein, and whatever the fat ends up being. I don't really care what my BF% gets to, since I'm going to go on a hard cut for about 5 months starting in February.
  • Amazing!!! You look great! The tattoos may add to that just a little, though ;)

    But seriously, awesome work!

Waht are you eating to take in that much protein a day? I am trying to reach 80g/day and am having a hard time doing so.

    You look great btw!

Milk is my secret weapon. Skim milk for cutting fat, whole milk for building muscle. 1 cup of milk has roughly 9g of protein, so 2 cups of milk plus one scoop of cheap whey protein equals out to be around 40g of protein. Do that twice a day and you've nailed 80g of protein. You can get the rest from eggs, tuna, lean chicken and turkey etc.

It's tough to hit your protein macros if you're eating very limited calories, though. If you can't spare those tag-along calories you get from milk, I'd recommend mixing your whey protein with water, and maybe getting about 4 scoops a day in.
