I am doing 60 minutes on my treadmill at level 3 and it states I've burned 403 calories. When I plug in walking at 3.0 mph in MFP, it says I've only burned 275 calories. Big difference! Not sure which is correct. I don't want to give myself more calories just in case it's incorrect. Does anyone have any advice on this? Thanks :-)

I got a heartrate monitor for Christmas and in comparison to the treadmill it's pretty close only when I enter my weight on the treadmill as about 10 pound lighter than I really am. I've always found that MFP over estimates calories burned.0
