could someone take a look at my diary please x

completed it for the day and I THINK it looks "ok but not finished" if that makes sense? Any tips??

Edited just to add that tomorrow is shopping day so I have a lot of clementines and bananas but not much other fresh food til tomorrow. I do have hazelnuts, walnuts and almonds left from Christmas and a few tins of soup

Drink your water, eat some raw vegetables and fruit. But you're eating below your calories..so that is good. I don't know your stats..make sure you're eating enough.

your net is fairly low, so maybe throw in a couple more snacks, but apart from that it looks fine.

I suspect that you are probably ingesting a fair amount of sodium, though your diary doesn't track it, so make sure you are drink A LOT of water.

Bit more fruit and veg? If you're usually in a rush you could make your own big batch of cook-in sauce with veggies and tinned tomatoes and freeze it. You'll get more veg in that way and more control over the calories. You can set up your own recipe on here which will help you calculate the calories too. It will also help you control sodium levels as someone mentioned above.

It might just look "unfinished" as you've not got a long list of ingredients, but it looks okay to me on the whole.

Try to eat more grain items, so instead of like white bread, try a fiber bread or grain type bread... Also watch what you track for exercise because if you actually burned that much, you should eat back your exercise calories.. but as you were tracking cleaning.. I wouldn't.. I wouldn't track normal day activity for exercise.. like cleaning, or vacuuming, shoveling snow, etc as those are really rough estimates to actual calorie burns.

yeah I wouldn't have logged the cleaning either if it was the usual day to day house stuff but as it was something I wouldn't usually do I was advised to log. Is that not right??

I had to do a huge house clean back last year when we had moths. I logged that as it was way over and above what I'd usually do - I spent all day doing it and was totally knackered! I don't normally bother with a run round with the Dyson though. To log it that is, sounds like I don't clean otherwise!

I wouldn't, I know people on here log everything.. I mean something you can think of is this.. is your Heart Rate high when your doing the activity, and is the activity 20+ minutes in length, and are you sweating? So maybe like Painting your house (lots of climbing up and down/bending), or installing carpet.. But like scrubbing your toilet, cleaning the kitchen.. where your spraying and wiping.. nope... I mean those activities your talking a few more calories over your normal calorie burn of just sitting on the couch.

You aren't meeting the basics of the UK recommendations for healthy eating - don't see any wholegrains at all. Definitely add in some of those nuts, you aren't having any mineral/ fibre/ healthy fat rich foods otherwise. Remember the UK five a day message is a minimum, the research actually supports the equivalent of nine servings.

Do you hit the recommended 10,000 steps a day? Housework and decorating is not exercise, it's lifestyle activity.

What is your goal? I am not sure what you are wanting an opinion on.....
Seriously, you're opening the door to the whole eat this, not that debate. You're under on calories and you had plenty of protein. In my book, that's all I shoot for. So A+ from me. I am not going to tell you to eat more or less of anything, or drink more water, etc. etc. If your calories are figured right, you should be good to go.
