Hi my name is Marilyn. I am encouraged by your pictures. I also have a long journey. I saw a nutritionist and have started watching what I eat and counting calories. I started two months ago and have lost 18 lbs.
I have a lot of loose skin already and would like to know how you tightened up if that is not too personal of a question.
I am 68 yrs. old and go to 24 Hr Fitness two times a week but all I am doing right now is called "Silver sneakers" which is more for balance and trying to work muscles so it's not so hard to bend and move (trying to keep Arthur(arthritis) away.
Just want to compliment you and say you look fantastic. I bet you get lot's of compliments. Keep up the good work.0 -
