Hi
Just wondering what everyone's resolutions are.
I read a great article on Nerd Fitness saying to only challenge one habit at a time so that's what I will be doing this year.
I made a great visual board for myself to remind me of my goals
What are your resolutions?
Edited to add my resolutions since I'm a dork when it comes to this photo stuff:
Resolutions:
1. Eat Healthy 85% of the Time
2. Exercise 3-5 Times a Week
3. Consistently Wash Face Before Bed
4. Smoke no more than 5 Hubbly's a Week
5. Complete the 30 Day Shred
6. Complete C25K
7. Finish a Triathlon
8. Go Overseas
9. Get my Businesses up and Running
10. No more than 1 Take-Out A Week
11. Get To 23% Body Fat
12. Start Saving Money
13. Spend 3 Hours Weekly with Family
Those are my 13 resolutions for 2013. I'll mark them off as I go

Anyone - or does nobody here believe in resolutions cause you're all as fit as a fiddle already?0

my resolution is to mostly be an all around better person! I want to (actually) stick to my diet this year (since i'm going on a trip to the Bahamas in March and I NEED to look good in a bathing suit by then!) and to study really hard in nursing school!0

Those are great resolutions. Good luck with them0

Given up making them. Too many failed attempts at losing weight. But I have joined MFP. Maybe this year is different.0

I made aims rather than resolutions, but I suppose my resolutions are to ensure I work hard in order to pass my get a good degree in June, to eat healthy and exercise at least 2 times a week.0
