Feel like I am starting over...

Hi!
This is my third year on MFP, and I have lost a lot of weight. However, after the holidays (I like to call it the Halloween to New Years "diet") I feel like I am starting over. Mind you I am no where near where I was 5/31/10 but I just feel gross. I haven't logged in forever, and that is proving to be a challenge. I also haven't been as good with faithfully exercising as I want to be. Today I had to put on my "big" jeans because yesterday I was just too uncomfortable.
Anyt tips? Suggestions? Get me over this hump. I know once I make logging a habit again things will get easier. It's just getting to that part that is hard!

Start with a smaller deficit instead of a big one for the first few days, then increase it. I call is phasing into my normal eating.0

Log in at a certain time and log your food for the day. Get the app on your phone, or just stop being lazy!0
