Honey & Orange glazed grilled pork chop:

And presently I marinade pork chops in Italian Dressing for a bit before grilling them.

If you aren't able to grill outdoors I'd highly recommend a cast-iron grill pan. You can pick up a nice one for about $20.

I just do a quick saute on the stove with some EVOO, Salt, Pepper and mayde Adobo seasoning to get the outside nice and brown, then place in the oven for about 20 more mins on 350. They taste great. I serve with whatever frozen veggies I have available in the freezer
