    It has been used for depression. It has also historically been used as an aphrodisiac. The idea of using it for weight loss is pretty much unheard of. I guess if you are an emotional eater and/or not getting enough sex, then it might have benefits.

    It TOTALLY works, OP! It cost so much just to buy saffron, I ended up not having money to buy food... lost at LEAST 30 pounds.

    Ugh at all the people making jokes, and worse... posting SILLY PICTURES.

    I tried it with my coffee enema and it was fantastic!
    The best art of the cleanse was farting tiger stripes. It keeps the yorkies at bay in my runs. And boy, do I get runs.

    I haven't tried to smoke them yet.

    Ya know its the oddest thing. Indians are known to often use saffron but I cannot for the life of me think what any dish with saffron might taste like...

    But isn't *real*, uncut saffron really expensive? Whatever people are consuming isn't going to involve much saffron unless they're paying through the nose for it.

    Yep - they have a saffron walnut one I have not tried yet as well.

    Why such all the Dr. Oz hate? The guy doesn't endorse any specific brands, he just discusses what's out there in general. Just because some spam site uses a clip from his show off of YouTube, means jack shiyt. Scroll down and read the fine print saying how they aren't affiliated with the video. I'm sure the man knows more than most of us.
