It's... Maintenance Time!

Hi friends,
I finally reached my goal weight of 115 lbs. Yeah! I went from 130 lbs. 2 years ago to 15 pounds less. I am so excited for myself. I am not trying to maintain my weight. I am 5'2, 115 lbs, and 20 years old.
I currently eat about 1550 calories plus whatever I burn from cardio/ exercise.
So, this could mean 1550 calories some days or up to 2000 other days. Do you have any suggestions concerning maintenance at this point? Could I intake more, if so, how do I adjust my body for that.
Thanks!

I'll be honest, I slowly increased my daily calories to see how many calories I could eat and still maintain my weight. I have found I can easily top 3000 a day and do okay. I find that 3000 calories in food is just too much, so I aim to stay around 2300-2500. I maintain, I get the nutrition I need AND I get the "junk food" I want. I think the best thing to do is slowly increase your calories until you are no longer losing weight but not gaining either. Then you'll know what your maintenance calories will be.
Congrats on accomplishing your goal! Maintenance takes a bit of work to adjust at first, but you can do it!0 -

HUH?
Maybe I am a little dense today.
You're at goal, but not trying to maintain. So do you want to lose more or gain more?
I am and have been in maintenance for a solid year now. If I eat more I exercise more. If I eat less I exercise less. My body lets me know when I go to low on calories or weight.0 -

I am sorry, I am trying to maintain my weight. I am sorry if what I stated was confusing, but I appreciate your input.
Any more thoughts from anyone?0 -
I am also 5'2" and have been maintaining 105 for around 8 months. I still log everything and have found around 1400 calories is what works for me plus I eat back most of my exercise calories which probably average around 300 a day. Congratulations and good luck with maintenance!0
