Sounds like a good way for your Dr. to make money.0

I have not done it, but a moderate calorie deficit, combined with exercise will work.0

Clinical studies have found no relevant benefit0

There is no scientific proof it works and it is really expensive.
Use you money to buy a gym membership and some sessions with a trainer.
Eat at a reasonable caloric deficit and exercise - more effective, less dangerous and cheaper.0 -
Is mesotherapy the same thing as dermarolling/micro needling? If so, I recommend that. But its not meant for fat loss, so I think I must be thinking of two different things.0

What is dermarolling/micro needling?0 -
Its a handle with a roller on the end, with hundreds of tiny pins that you roll over your skin. They come in different lengths of needles from I think .25mm up to 3mm. You can go to a doctor for it, but Ive always just bought mine offline. I use it with emu oil. Good for stretch marks, scars, wrinkles, firming skin, cellulite, moisturizing, etc.0

Dermarolling/Micro needling works by breaking up scar tissue/hard skin and basically pummeling it into tiny bits, which your body then breaks down. If done right, it can help reduce certain types of scars and rejuvenation the look of your skin. I think they do this with some kinds of stretchmarks and cellulite. I've not heard of it specifically for weight loss itself.
Jessi - you beat me to it! :laugh:0 -
