I'm new!!!

I'm hoping this app will help me track everything I eat and any exercise I complete. I really need to lose 40 ills at the least .With 3 kids and a husband I need to get back in shape so I can have the energy I need to run my household!!!

Hoping to find friends that can offer help tips or tricks!
