Healthy foods

Hey everyone I am starting the new year off not drinking sodas not eating junk or processed foods anymore how can I stick to it? also what are some good healthy foods? I don't eat fish or any other sea food I am highly allergic I basically eat chicken and beef I'm not crazy about vegetables but I'll eat them. also can anyone give me some good recipes?

    You are asking a lot here. First, how do you stick to your eating plan? You decide that your health is more important than your desire to eat junk food or soda.

    What are good healthy foods? There are literally thousands, so I am not listing them. Chicken and beef are fine, just measure your portions and log it. I bet there are tons of vegetables you would love if you are them cooked properly. Most vegetable haters or people indifferent to them have only had them cooked poorly (or canned or some other BLAH preparation).

    Check out Eatingwell.com and Skinnytaste.com to start for recipe inspiration. Eating Well is probably the better place to start so you can read articles about nutrition and learn what is and isn't healthy.

    Whole/ natural unprocessed food is all healthy meat veg fruit etc- easy
