How to eve get off the couch???

I have never had to diet..I walked to work,groceries,,,a basic life in your twenties? Now I have had two babies and it is time to move again a now that they are in school. I hate the gym, it intimidates me, and doing it at home well,there is always something else that needs to be done. I am looking to loose ten pound and tone lean muscle

How do I start?

  • Hi, I just started January 1st. Taking it one day at a time trying to make the right food choices. I really enjoy the site and have downloaded the app on my iphone. I think the key is tracking all the food we eat. So i'm hoping to keep up with that. As for the gym, I love the gym but also love food. No reason to feel intimated at the gym. Everyone going there is going for he same reason. Maybe taking a toning class at the gym will help. I take classes, usually the same classes weekly. You ended up making friends with others in the class and within 3 months you probably will look forward to it. If you'd like to add me as a friend for support you can. Good Luck.
