Getting rid of extra flab help?

I've lost 21 lbs so far, but my belly still looks like it did before I started losing weight. My arms and legs and hips are that way, too. Did my skin just stretch? Is there any way I can like...un-stretch it or something? Will keeping up with my exercising do that, or is it just something that time will do?

I'm seeing the same thing on myself. There's nothing you can do. There un-stretch on there own. When you stop losing weight.0

Ugh. That's irritating. Oh well. At least I'm losing, right?0

Are you lifting weights or just doing cardio? Lifting weights will get you toned muscles under the skin and make it appear to be much less flabby. Just doing cardio does not build muscle tone.0

I don't have any way to lift weights, so I just do planks, crunches, pushups, and squats and stuff.0
