I am down about 30 pounds and I work out DAILY and never go above my calorie amount. I have not lost another pound in like weeks or I'll go up a pound or two then back down a pound or two. I'm staying level but at my size and the amount of working out I actually do I feel I should be losing a lot more... Any suggestions? I'm ready to just quit eating anything that isn't under 100 cals. Advice please and thanks!

Take a recovery day or two off each week, make sure you're eating all your calories and some, if not all, of your exercise ones and eat 1200 or more a day.
  • Thanks! I'll give that a try! Maybe it'll get me outta my funk

Try not to think about the scale for a couple of weeks, and instead surprise your body with a new food that you never buy, and some new or more intense kinds of exercise. If you've been doing the same exercises for a while, your body gets more efficient at them. Shake things up a bit.
