Too many carbs?

I went over on my carbs today (Sushi night) and I'm feeling a little guilty. My daily intake is 165 carbs and I ended up about 230 carbs. I'll be doing my Insanity workout tonight (I do Insanity days a week) but will those carbs burn during my workout? I've read that carbs burn during workouts, but how many of them get used up during a workout? Will I still be over my daily intake after my workout?

PS: I will typically burn about 350 calories on any of the 1st month videos of Insanity (40 minute workout)

    I also read you can burn 40% of your daily carb intake during an Insanity workout. Just wondering if this is true.
