  • Hello from the East coast, I started using it regularly in Oct when I joined a 60 day challenge. There is great help on here, but remember each persons body reacts differently to change in diet and exercise. Give yourself at least 2 weeks for your body to adjust to the change and make sure to keep logging everything, if you don't see any changes look back at your log and adjust. I found I needed to cut down on carbs and increase protein. Open to friend requests if you would like.
