Anyone 5ft1 or 2 looking to lose about a stone?

I lost 3 stone before, and would like to lose a stone now. I have a very small body frame naturally (my niece is a british gymnast). I therefore would like to lose a tiny bit of weight, but it is really hard. I would love to make friends with anyone looking to do the same, and look at their food diaries (as keeping within such a small calorie count is hard!)

    I had to look up how much 1 stone was vs. pounds, lol! I am 5'1" and want to lose about 10-15 pounds, so that's around 1 stone.

    I'm not sure how much a stone is, I'm from America and I want to lose 10lbs, maybe 15. I'm 5'1" and I'm 24. I'll add you if that's ok!

    Me too! That's my goal. I'm 5ft nothing and 10 pounds makes a HUGE difference!
