Hello,
I'm looking for some effective exercises to trim inner thigh fat. Ones that rip muscle and make you stumble around the day after wards. I've tried a Pilates workout but it just didnt do it for me. In fact, I got through the workout ( which wasn't very long, ten minutes perhaps ) with just a sweat! So, Im here looking for some advice! What's the most effective inner thigh fat burning workouts?

Have you ever tried kick boxing/body combat classes? Doing the side and round house kicks if done correctly work your entire leg and when I first started doing it, really felt it in my inner thighs and hips.
Plie squats, side lunges are some of my favorites as well0 -
I am pretty sure someone else will chime in and say the same thing but you can trim fat from ONE spot no matter how hard you try. Your body will lose it where it wants to lose it. Period.0

You can't spot reduce any area of the body with exercise. Body doesn't work that way. Your body will dictate how it loses fat. If you legs are the issue, then it's due to genetics. Go yell at your parents. Stick to moderate calorie deficit, progressive strength training, and be consistent.

I agree add some strength training. Step into manland and start lifting some "heavy" weights. You'll tone up faster and it helps you lose faster too.0

I had the best results with rollerblading, legs really got a workout and toned up wonderfully!:happy:0

You can't spot reduce as has been mentioned but you can add muscle there by doing things such as Stiff legged deadlifts and leg curls on top of just dropping bodyfat which will make that area look tighter.0

you can't spot reduce, is what people are sick of hearing, thanks tips!
you however can build more muscle by aggressively working out certain areas. ie. cycling will make your thighs bigger, so stay away from that!0 -
But Sponge Bob legs are so hawt on girls.0

^ the muscles will get stronger but not tremendously bigger unless you are training like a pro cyclist.
As said above, you can't do exercises that make you lose fat in specific areas. Your genes determine where you gain and lose fat most prominently.0 -

My legs were at their best when I was rollerblading 5 times a week and cross-country skiing in the winter. You can't spot reduce but some exercices will define your legs better. Take note that these are two cardio exercices so I was loosing weight all over.0 -

It definitely works the muscles in your thighs....but unless you are eating at a calorie surplus, you probably aren't packing on much serious thigh muscle from cycling.
What you are probably experiencing is the fact that you are losing fat on your thighs, which might make your muscles seem larger.0 -

This. Maybe, maybe if you are eating at a calorie surplus and continually pushing and progressing you might gain a little muscle from cycling.
I mountain bike in Colorado. Lots of climbing. Mountain biking never made my thighs bigger. My thighs get bigger when I gain weight. (fat and or muscle). I gain fat and or muscle by eating at a calorie surplus and lifting weights.0 -
squats with heavy weights. lunges. etc....and like everyone else said, you can't trim off fat from a certain part of your body unless you know a really good liposurgeon. To burn MORE fat, even after your workout, dont do endurance training, do HIIT (high intensity interval training). instead of 20 minutes same level on an elliptical/treadmill/what have you, do a level 2 warmup for 3 min, then a level 4-5 for 1 minute, go back to level 1-2 for a minute, 30 seconds of level 4-5....etc, all the while increasing in intensity. Your body never gets used to one static energy level and voila, fat burning like nobody's bidniz.
good luck with your thighs!0 -
cycling will make your thighs bigger, so stay away from that!
