New to the site and needing support from people like me that are trying to lose weight as well. I have a long way to go to be where I will feel good and any help and is great.

    I'm new here too and have about 60 pounds to lose. We just need to think in terms of small goals such as the first 5 pounds to start and then the second 5. Before you know it we will be hitting those bigger numbers. If we work the program we can do it. I have faith. LOL!
