I am a HUGE Alabama fan and will be pulling for their 2nd win in TWO years!

    Rooting for Notre Dame, and that really pains me to say.
    I REALLY wanted it to be Oregon and Notre Dame. Really ANYBODY but Bama again.

    I'm rooting for Bama only so that the Buckeyes are the only undefeated team. I really don't care who wins though.

    Doesn't really matter to me one way or the other, but Notre Dame hasn't faced a team as big and physical as Alabama is. It'll be close for a while, but Alabama is going to beat Notre Dame up.

    I only dislike Alabama because of the fan base. Most annoying bunch of sidewalk fans in the nation. Sorry, OP, you may not be, but my friends around here are.

    Bama will win, sadly. Notre Dame doesn't deserve to be in the top 5.

    Probably Bama. But I can't really care because I'm going to hate seeing either of them win.

    (Okay, seeing Notre Dame win might chafe me a little more).

    Somewhere in the depths of my soul burns a small fire of hate. It is a fire that feeds off of those who feel superior and entitled. This fire grew more this year than any other as Notre Dame racked up win after win, proclaiming greatness and that God who was really not doing anything for actual pain and suffering was on the side of a school in Indiana. It needs quelled so that I may be able to survive January without being destroyed by people proclaiming that college football is "better" or "restored" when ND is champion.


    So, I'll root for Alabama.

    Plus, Nick Saban is from the same county as I am. True story.

    It's ridiculous that they will still be playing bowl games a full week into the new year.

    That being said, the ground opening up and swallowing Sun Life Stadium and everyone in it at 8:15 pm EST on January 7, 2013 would be the best outcome ever!!!

    It's a tough call for me. I'm a U of M fan, and ND is a Michigan rival. To root for them feels like a betrayal of my principles. However, I'm not very fond of Alabama, either. :ohwell:

    I think that I'm an exception to the "annoying fan base" rule. And I completely disagree that Alabama fans are THE most annoying bunch of sidewalk fans in the nation. I think that BANDWAGON fans, regardless of their "team" are the most annoying fans ever. And fans who talk **** (when they don't even know correct statistics or anything at all about football). A fan annoys the **** out of me when they do not see the flaws in their own team and disregard their opponent's strengths. I know Alabama's weaknesses and how we need to play against Notre Dame.

    Also, I cheer for the SEC. And unless it's a conference game, I will cheer for LSU, Auburn, and any other team in the conference. The SEC dominates college football and I will always pull for an SEC Champion.
