Love your story. Love the pictures. Such and awesome thing to see it work for people. I am only about 30 days into it and it's the longest I've stuck with something so far. I can't wait until a year from now when I can post the same kind of story!

You went to a couch potato to a triathlete from Jan to sept?On January 3rd, 2012 I did my first workout of the new year, it was a 20 minute Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred workout. Immediately after the workout I puked, but more importantly I did it again the next day. Today on January 3rd, 2013 I just finished a 25 mile bike ride and a 7 mile run and feel fantastic, but more importantly I will do it again tomorrow. I have gone from a 265 pound couch potato to a 185 pound triathlete and have loved every second of it. Below is a picture of me before starting to workout in 2012 and a picture of me after completing my first triathlon back in September. I am registered to do at least 5 more triathlons this year including two Ironman triathlons. You really can do anything you put your mind to, just refuse to quit!0
