I started off at 164 just after having my second child. I started eating better, walking, running and doing the 30 day shred.

    I did it for 30 days straight and ended up at 145 then did it off and on after that. I loved the 30 day shred, only thing that has ever made my stomach flat. I saw a huge difference, even after 5 days!

    Thank you! I am 5'3 I did it straight and lost about 15lbs. From then I have been doing it on and off.

    Thats great. I just had my seond child as well and am about the same size as you were (169) and am also hoping to get into the 130's (although I think I may be a bit taller than you) Congrats! You look great!
