Started yesterday. What are the best workout tried?

Hi everyone. I started yesterday and there are a lot of different workouts out there. I am kinda new to working out. What would be the best workouts for a beginner like me? Also, If anyone would like to post the before and after pics to keep me inspired feel free =D

  • Hi. I just started today so it's been awhile since I've tried a real health and exercise program, but I do know the one time I truly lost significant weight and inches was when I was walking a ton. Great for your back, not too hard on joints, and just a good basic exercise.

    Bored? Find a neighbor who doesn't have enough time to walk their dog and make a new canine friend/exercise buddy!
  • Do you go to a GYM? They usually have classes that you can try and test if they work for you. IMHO only you can tell if it will work for you.
