Hey all!
New year, new opportunities!
I just turned 30, I'm about 20 weeks away from finishing nursing school, and I really need to make a change as far as diet and exercise is concerned. Going into the health field, it'd be nice if I actually practice what I preach! I figure that means eating healhy foods, exercising at least 30 mins a day, and dropping about 50 lbs.
It's nice to read through these message boards for support and encouragement...knowing I'm not alone in this!
We're all in it together right?

Well don't you have yourself pretty busy! That's always challenging to keep yourself healthy when you're so rushed all the time. But, it's possible.

You're such a busy person! I'm in school too, so I know that craziness... but you're in nursing school which I've heard is worse! haha
But you have the right attitude! Keep that!0 -
Yeah...let's just say I'll be VERY happy once school is over. There have been times where I sit ask "what the heck was I thinking?!?!!?" I'm sure the stress of it has added to my weight situation...but...time to make a change!0
