I don't have a scale and don't have access to one... I measured myself on day 1 so I guess I'll just let the tape measure and mirror decide.

Who else doesn't have a scale, and what have you been doing instead of weighing yourself?

Don't have a scale at home, but I use one at the gym.

I don't have a scale. I weigh myself every other week on my nutritionist's scale.
