Split Leg Squat Alternative

Hi,

In my program, I am supposed to do a split leg squat after regular squats. The problem is, I cannot bend my right foot back on the toe. I hurt my foot in a surfing accident, and I just can't do that movement.

Is there an equivalent exercise to the split leg squat that does not require me to bend my toes on the back foot?

I can usually figure out alternative exercises, but I'm not sure for this one.

Thanks.

They are! I would suggest at least trying them once.

Leg press is on Deadlift day. That's a different leg routine. The preference is one leg at a time, my preference is two at a time. Lol

Thanks. I'll go with the single leg chair lunge. Looks like the closest thing.
