41 Year Old Guy - Lots to Lose

Hey all, I am a 41 year old guy weighing in at 353.4 and looking to get down to 185. A bit of a long road, but with your help I think I can get there... again.

Looking to add others in similar situations, or who feel they can relate in some way, to my friend network. Hoping to crowd power the weight off :)

    Hello 41 year old guy! Congrats on taking the chance to start loosing weight...I am have been on my journey. I have totally changed how i eat and getting my butt in the gym at least 5 days a week. Now i did slack off around the holidays and i gained 13 lbs back. So keep your self motivated some how, dont let anyone or anything stop you!! Best of luck to you...add me as a friend if you would like...Be glad to chat!....:)
