I'm the pale guy on the left side of my picture. I started using this website months ago but I never bothered getting friends, but I'd like some. Add me if you like.

BTW I'm 32 and gained 10 lbs in December (family issues, as in they kept feeding me and I gained weight). I live in Tampa Florida.

    Hi Mike welcome, trust me I think we all are guilty eating not so well during the holidays lol. Just get back on track, I am also from Florida, Naples here. Friends keep you going and motivated trust me it really does help :)

    Welcome Mike. I think we're all allowed to indulge a bit over the festive season! Just get yourself back in the gym or doing some walking/running and the weight will soon be off! Good luck.
