New to the site

Just wanted to say hello. A friend forwarded this website to me and I joined. Thought it might be interesting to log in what I eat everyday and see the calories, carbs, fat, etc......

Don't get me wrong I'd like to shed a few extra pounds and now that I'm in my 30's it's easier to gain weight than before when I could eat what i wanted and just always stayed within a 10 pound weight gain and loss.:happy:

    Hi!!

    I'm actually NOT so new anymore, but I learn a little more about using the site every week and this week I'm learning about the blog and discussion boards. I've actually been using MFP for about 3-4wks now and I fall in love with the site more and more each week!

    I've lost a little weight, I support/challenge my family through the site, I'm more knowlegable about my fitness habits, and I've made new friends and encouraged old ones through the site as well!

    I'm officailly a fan of MFP!!
