Another newbie :)

Good morning! I'm new to posting on myfitnesspal. I've been hit or miss about tracking my food and exercise, and I'm planning on being more accountable this year. I'm 44, could stand to drop 10 lbs, and would like to run a 10K this year. I did my first 5K last year and that was a HUGE accomplishment for me - never thought I could. Now I need to step it up. We are making some family fitness changes - joining the Y, cooking and eating healthier. As a nurse, I see the consequences of the opposite. Looking forward to meeting others on their health and fitness journies!
