Rededicating myself

Hello everyone, my name's Wayne, I'm 36 (almost 37) and have been fighting the battle of the bulge for years. At my heaviest I was up to almost 300 lbs. I got down to 250 and in 2008 decided that I needed to make a change. I fought the good fight, and won that round, getting down to 205. One thing I realized at 205 was that I looked too skinny for my frame. Since 2008, I have been slowly gaining the weight back. I try to get back on track, then slip and stop tracking. Each time I get upset with myself for falling off the wagon. So for my resolution for 2013, I am rededicating myself to my weight loss. My goal this time is 215, from my current 250.5lbs, so I have 35.5lbs to drop, and I'm wanting to be at my goal by May 1. I know that seems like a short amount of time, but I'm going on vacation on May 17, so I want to be svelt :).

I am not doing this by just diet alone, I am rededicating myself to working out as well. I realize that the weight will fall off, but being fit will help me keep it off.

So here goes nothing, I look forward to getting myself back on track, and feeling happy with myself once again.

Feel free to add me if you'd like. I'm a workout fiend and love getting workout ideas from others, so I can definitely encourage you in that way. Best of luck.
