Just joined myfitnesspal and I'm hoping it will help. I don't need to lose a lot of weight, but I need to change my eating and exercise habits. Chocolate 5 times a day and no exercise just isn't something I want to continue. Would love some support (: cause this is gonna be rough.

    Also I joined gym today- first session Monday so from couch potato to dieting and exercising in one week

    You sound just like me! I just joined on the 1st. I am the biggest yo-yo dieter ever. I don't need to lose a lot of weight but I need to tone up and start eating like an adult. Hahahaha. Add me to your friends if you'd like. I think we'd do each other some good. :wink:
