A few days of slacking due to baseball games and horrible food choices and now I just can't get back in my mode. I was doing so well, and now I just can't stay on track for eating or exercise. Please let me know your secrets and tricks to get back into the swing of things or inspirations.

I personally just look at myself in the mirror...my flabby tummy, arms, legs, etc. They are smaller then before but not what I am happy with so then off I go to workout! Plus sometimes I talk to myself...don't you want to be thin, do you want to be this weight forever, don't you want to be able to wear short, swim, etc. without feeling embarrassed about your weight? Sounds crazy...maybe I m a little but it gets my butt up and onto my workout!

Good luck and GET BACK ON TRACK!

I do the same thing sometimes. :o|

For me, it just takes a moment to really think about what I want..... Yummy fatty foods... or to be super sexy and slim.

    I prefer the latter.

Also, bad foods make me feel bad. I've been so bloated lately, and as much as I wanted to blame it on it being TOM, I realize it's really the unhealthy choices I'm making.

I want to feel good and look good..... so I'm going to eat good.

    What do you REALLY want?
