I have some book vouchers to spend, and I am looking for books that will help me on my weight loss journey.
What books have helped you stay on track, think about your eating and your wieght loss/fitness goals?
Not so interested in 'fad' diets though, more the middle of the road ones iykwim.

I'm a picky eater, and am just starting out on the road to "Healthy eating" but have made some progress though... For me personally I ****love**** the "Eat this not that" book series... Nothing crazy or extreme, it really helps you learn what it is to watch out for, and make "Simple healthy switch-outs" to foods you already enjoy.... I no way wanted to give up cookies or burgers, but this book tells you *if* you're going to eat choco chip cookies and cheeseburgers, then at least pick *these* ones ... and then proceed to tell you why they are better choices....
I lost a few lbs just from switching out my favorite foods, without any extreme diet changes.... This soon led me to becoming more aware of ingredients and labels, and what it is I need to watch out for.... I soon learned enough I could identify the healthier option on my own, wherever I was.... and I soon began to like the healthier options, and never really missed the old...
But again, they are "Starting point" books, and might not be as useful if you're already at the point where you already get things like 7-grain sprouted wheat bread and tofu is a regular item on your menu =x0 -

If you are at all interested in yoga, I recommend starting with Journey Into Power by Baron Baptiste. It's power yoga (aka vinyasa yoga, a very good workout) and he includes a really nice Cleansing program in the book, as well as tips on motivation and meditation. Very inspiring and very accessible for people new to yoga.0
