Hi, needed a confidence boost today so did some comparison shots. Comments are very welcome! :)

I'm 6ft5 and 27 years old. Started my fitness journey a few years ago when I reached 295 lbs. I lost 50lbs and over two years gained about 10lbs back. That brings me to the before photos shown here from May 2012 when I was 255lbs. After photos are me at 207lbs taken in December 2012.

I am beginning to get more into my heavy lifting and have therefore increased my cals. So, I'll be back in another six months to post more progress shots of my new bulging muscles.

Hey, that's really very inspiring! I have 70lbs to lose if not more and to see what a difference less makes is really motivating. Mind the weights please - my husband did himself some damage over the years by going too heavy! good job
