You'll probably be more stable doing the jacks BEFORE the wine, lol.
But nah...if there's something you want, you either leave room for it or make room for it. You're making room in your daily count.0 -
Nope!
I try to have a glass of wine...and chocolate...DAILY0 -

This is really funny. Thanks! And WILL do the drinking after the jumps...your spelling and my coordination: two thinks effected by alcohol consumption!0 -
no at all, i did an extra half hour of kickboxing so i could have about 3-4 glasses0

The way I look at it is if your doing it right 85-90% of the time, the go ahead and have that glass of wine. If your going to compare every rare indulgence to how your going to have to burn that off, than that will just drive me crazy. I know I work hard and do it right most of the time, so the rare treat from time to time isn't going to hurt me!
And yes, I also have chocolate daily0 -
Now to put on my trainers and earn my 8 oz wine. Regardless of reassurance this is making me feel rather sad and obsessive. Think that my lifestyle change is working. A good bit of Protestant work ethic combined with Calvinist guilt is in play here...but whatever!0
