Any good meal replacement shake?

Looking for a meal replacement shake. Not into slim fast because of the aspertane(sp)

    look into Shakeology. I tried it once but did not have the results because I was not exercising or eating healthy otherwise. It tasted really great. Little pricey but I compared it to what I usually spent for breakfast and it was about the same. Richard Reed in Arlington (find him on facebook) is a great coach/seller to buy from.

    Why are you looking for a meal replacement? Convenience or assuming it will have some magic powers that eating regular food in moderation won't?
