Special K has this new cracker chips. They are 110 calories for 27 chips. They are my crunchy snacky life saver. They come in cheddar, sour cream/onion, sea salt and one more I can't remember. They also have the popcorn chips for 120 calories for 28 chips in butter flavor and cheddar flavor. I will no longer buy regular chips.0

carrots, broccoli, cauliflower & sugar snap peas or other veggies with fat-free ranch or veggie dip if you are avoiding carbs. If you don't care if you eat carbs then I also really enjoy a bowl of plain old cheerios with SILK unsweetened vanilla almond milk. (a serving of 1 cup of cheerios & 1 cup of the almond milk has 130 calories total. while it has carbs it is low sugar & pretty filling)0
