Do you really need to watch salt intake...

If you are working out into a deep sweat most days? I mean, I am sweating a decent amount out, do I need to fret over salt intake? My BP seems to be on verge high any time I check it. Is there any good info out there for the active person and salt intake?

I found this forum which talks about it http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=7670511&page=1
but like a lot of sodium really will effect your weight number because you will bloat more than normal even if you drink a lot of water. And long term it can cause health issues, but it's not as big a deal if you are sweating a lot and if you do drink a lot of water0 -
I drink nearly a gallon a day. Sometimes more...0
