Well today marks my 1 year anniversary on MFP (although I missed 4 days logging in May while in Vietnam) and I wanted to share my success with everyone - particularly those that are just starting out.

Follow the program and it does produce results but only if you are honest with yourself.

I started this journey on Jan 5 2012 at 105.8 kg (around 233lbs) and body fat of 30%. My highest weight had been around two weeks earlier after a boozy Christmas 113.6kg (250lbs) on Boxing day 2011.

I managed to get as low as 74.8kg and 16.4% in September but I looked sick and scrawny at that weight and decided to bulk a little at the gym.

Today I weigh 80.2kg and have my body fat down to 18.8%

For 2013 I am aiming to add some muscle, tone and shed a little body fat 15-16% is my target.

Sorry about the false start with pics and the massive size - I am new to photobucket as my previous picture host has now gone to the dark side and aligned with facebook.

The difference in your face alone is huge and your stats impressive. 27kg in a year is a solid 1/2kg a week. It sounds like it's time to shift over to lifting and lean muscle mass buildup. Keep at it!
