Hi Everyone,
I'm 29 years old have over 100lbs to lose, for now my goal is to lose 50lb. I think focusing on 50 instead of my actual goal will keep me from losing motivation. I’m hoping to build a great support system on this site to help me reach my goal weight.
I honestly need all the friends I can get so feel free to add me.

This is my first post on here too, I only joined yesterday.
Good idea to take it in steps - you have to do whatever will work!
I'm so pleased to have found this website.
I have 20kg to lose, and so far so good - I've found this website incredibly helpful and motivating (as of Day Two!).0 -
set your goal at 10% of body weight - celebrate (in moderation) each time you achieve this goal - then set off on the next quest for another 10%.0

by the way, there is more to this site than just punitive diet restrictions. The "ABC Game"/"Chocolate covered elf zombies" crowd seem really nice - they mostly seem to know each other and they are American so can have some peculiar attitudes (but they think the same about me) - enjoy - and make FP work for you and don't let any of the "You don't want to do it like that" bullies spoil it for you.0
