                    PER SERVING (entire pie): 193 calories, 0.5g fat, 276 - 284mg sodium, 43 - 45g carbs, 5 - 6.5g fiber, 19 - 20g sugars, 6g protein -- POINTS® value 3*
Look! It's a portion-controlled sweet 'n salty treat... yay!
Ingredients:
1/2 oz. thin salted hard pretzels (about 24 sticks); finely crushed
3/4 cup Breyers Double Churn Free ice cream, French Chocolate or Creamy Vanilla
1 tbsp. light vanilla soymilk
Optional: Fat Free Reddi-wip
Directions:
Place crushed pretzels in a small bowl and stir in the soymilk. Once mixture is thoroughly blended, evenly spread it along the bottom and up along the sides of the bowl to form a "pie crust". Next, scoop ice cream into a separate, microwave-safe dish, and microwave for about 10 seconds (depending on how hard the ice cream is), until just softened. Give ice cream a thorough stir so that it is an even consistency. Spoon softened ice cream carefully onto the pretzel-crust, and use the back of the spoon to smooth it out evenly over the crust. (Don't worry if it's not perfect -- it's YOUR pie!) Place dish in the freezer until ice cream is hard again. If you like, top with some Fat Free Reddi-wip before digging in!
